  Difficult Roof leak fixed after a well though out process. MPR did not rush into solutions in fixing my leak and ensured the problem was resolved by taking their time at each and every point I couldn't be happier now my leak is resolved.

  Wanted my leaking chimney stack repaired. Original agreed price was £1200 but a further £300 was demanded on the day which I paid. They required me to pay half before starting work. They were untidy. When it rained roof was leaking bad as before. I contacted them and they turned up again and spent about all of half an hour painting sealant on roof. They told me they had sacked the original roofer BUT IT'S STILL LEAKING NOW I am even having issues with the scaffold left for weeks.

  Mpr Roofing was ment to start the roofing 18 March 24 but didn't turn up till 11 April 24, thay never fitted the soffits when the job was completed. I have been ringing MPR Roofing to come out and sort the a leak out around the chimney first telephone call was on 9 July 24 and still to this date no one has been round to sort the leak out, I'm now worried that the roof timbers around the chimney will get damp rot because of the time that has passed by for them to sort it out. Each time I phone it feels like I'm getting fobbed off with no phone calls back to me and a date to repair the leak.
