As a family making adjustments to elderly parent's home to allow for electric wheelchair access, we could not have chosen a better person for the job. Lee's extensive knowledge, together with his courtesy and advice regarding VAT exemption, was so reassuring and the work was completed to a very high standard. Very happy with the result.

This is the 3rd time we have used Munro Property Services, they are our go to every time without fail. For this job we needed a large crack fixing in a bedroom. This was a job beyond a bit of filler and David did a thorough job at cutting out the old plaster and meshing the crack. He also found 2 other areas of blown plaster and repaired those. After a final skim of the wall we were left with a perfect smooth wall again and no mess in sight. Top job as always!

Excellent communication, and quality of work. MPRS have done a few jobs for me. And I'll be contacting them again if any work needs doing.

Lee has been amazing from start to finish. He supplied me with the most detailed quote out of all the trades people I contacted, I asked for an over quote as I wanted to try and avoid any nasty surprizes and true to his word when the job was completed in 3 days instead of the 5 quoted for, Lee adjusted the final invoice to reflect this. Ive been kept informed throughout the whole process and have been very impressed with the quality of work carried out right down to the clean up each evening so ive not been living in the mess of a building site. I wouldnt heisitate to recommend or use again.
