Contacted promptly and provided with a quote upon requesting a plumbing service. Was sent messages to confirm the booking and the plumber arrived punctually on the dot as agreed. The sink was unblocked within the hour and is now draining better than I can remember. Plumber explained what he was doing and provided some helpful tips for future maintenance.
