Never sent a quote
Came round, said he'd provide a quote but he never got back so me despite me chasing. He could have just said he didn't want the job so I didn't waste my timing waiting.

As a customer wanted quote and job done before Christmas, and my company can't do before that, so customer not happy, but I have already fully booked before Christmas. There is no reason to give quote for a job which I can't finish. We feel there is no more reason to give this review.

New kitchen inc. Floor/wall tiling, using second hand kitchen units, partial wall removal.
Hitesh and his team are very professional, he quoted a fair price and took on the project, even thought it was not standart or easy. He made sure that our ideas were realized, put great attention to detail and even helped with arrangement of the units to make it more practical. The project took a tiny bit longer then expected, but the final result was amazing and we are really happy with everything Hitesh worked on in our house. He even changed additional light switch in another room without hesitation. I highly recommend MR7 HVAC services 10/10!
