Mark was excellent from start to finish - having bent over backwards to get to us quickly and get the water back on to our bathroom, he was punctual and completed all works thereafter to a very high standard and to the estimate provided. I now know where to call in future.

Mark was punctual, knowledgeable and his workmanship was very precise. He saved us money along the way and is subsequently our 'go to guy' or all things plumbing and heating!

The job was critical as our previous boiler had failed during the winter. It was also a complex job as all the supply and return pipework had to be extended from the previous position on he ground floor to the loft (2 floors up) and to the rear of the house to ensure a safe flue exit. Given this, the job was done to a very high standard and quickly, we have had no problems since and the new boiler is much more efficient!
