The engineer who fitted my EV Charger came on time and was very polite and very knowledgeable about it. The work carried out was prompt and done to an excellent standard. The customer service was excellent and they kept updating me every step of the way. I will recommend this company to my friends and family in the future.

Very efficient and friendly communication from office and preparation of quote. Electrician was available on day required. Work started on planned date and was completed quickly without any problems. Good discussions with the electrician to complete work with minimal disruption and to the specific requirements. Very satisfied with all aspects of the job and recommend this company.

Highly recommended. Kept me informed about charger options, managed the link with the leasing company and even managed to find a replacement at short notice when the original charger wasn;t delivered on time. The installer was polite and efficient, and the work completed was of a very high standard. Clean and tidy cabling to external install point, and charger has worked faultlessly since being installed. I had contacted MrCharger Essex to find out some more information and obtain a quotation, I was contacted very swiftly in which the staff I had spoken too was professional and was able to answer all my queries, the same day I submitted my survey, they provided a quotation and was able to schedule the installation the following week. The engineer that arrived, Thomas, was very polite and had everything completed within 3 hours, the charger was tested with my car before he left and everything has been in working order ever since. Great service overall, I would highly recommend.
