Brilliant service, very friendly. Fantastic comms beforehand and explained throughout any issues with our boiler and what we'd need to do to enhance the warmth in our house (ran through radiator plan if we decided to go with it). Very polite and punctual. Was a recommendation to us, and we'll use Mr Fix it as standard from now on, and have already recommended to others.

Came ahead of schedule and fixed the problem in 20mins, had the part needed in van. Very helpful and polite. Wore a face covering. Would recommend.
