    New Gate.

    Second time used Matthew. He did such a great job on our garden steps and gate we wanted another gate entrance replaced with new gate. Measured and fitted gate in same day and removed old gate away.

    Garden steps and gate

    Matthew came and gave a reasonable quote and was able to start when needed work to. Matthew and his team worked hard and did exactly what was required. We added on a few changes which was agreed and no questions asked. Kept up to date when be arriving and they were tidy doing the job. Excellent service and so happy with the final outcome. Recommend and will use again.

    Garage roofing, outside render and drainage

    Quoted on existing garge to be made watertight with slight improvements to appearance. Went along with recommendations made by Matthew Ryan Hosey to keep costs affordable. Initial work began in April and work looked like it was coming along ok. Then started to notice corners being cut in workmanship and when I questioned him about it, that's when things started getting bad with this 'tradesman'. Failure to answer texts and phone calls, weeks without contact, excuse after excuse about why he didn't turn up. Left with a water damaged garage that is leaking - seeking legal court actiion.

    Modify existing drainage due to damp problems.

    Matthew was very friendly and polite when he called to quote for the job and seemed very knowledgeable. Started a few days later than planned but explained this was due to a previous job taking longer than expected. Good quality of work and cleaned up when job finished. Highly recommended and will happily use again for future building requirements.
