Absolute joke from start to finish. He doesn't turn up when he should and doesn't even let you know. He asked for cash upfront for materials but ordered nothing. Just to name a few, he didn't follow plans, used wrong blocks for the walls, screwed blocks to the wall, cement mixed wrong, wall ties incorrect, wrong DPC and at the wrong height, and a lot more. Building control officer condemned it and it had to be demolished. Put pics on personal Facebook mocking his own work he had done. Abusive when questioned. Lies constantly. Refused to refund and ignores all contact. Avoid at all cost!!!

Mark was very professional from start to finish. I messaged for a quote and he made an appointment to visit within days. The price fit our budget perfectly so we asked him to start right away. He was always punctual and tidy when he came round. The work that he carried out was to a brilliant standard, he certainly has an eye for detail. I would recommend this company to anyone. We will be turning to Mark for work in the future.
