Quick service and a job well done. Charming gentleman, cleared everything up afterwards and all at a reasonable price

We have recently used MR locks to change some locks on two doors we enquired about a key safe which we purchased on line. MR Locks showed professionalism and his knowledge was very helpful he explained any one could break the keysafe in seconds to gain access to our property, he also advised us that anyone with a keysafe should advise there insurance company as their claims could be rejected. He thoroughly talked me through the Ark Tamo which is proven to be the most secure keysafe in the world and police preferred. We decided to have this fitted and now have peace of mind we are protected

I called and spoke with Michael who attended and changed a front door lock. His work was of good quality, he left the area clean was courteous and his pricing was very reasonable.

Michael was friendly and professional. He did an amazing job and checked whether there were any safety concerns as he would have stayed late the day before to fit me in. He even helped me change the code on my key box!

Michael came out the same day as being contacted and replaced the broken door lock. Michael had to order a new door gearbox as he didn't have one in stock, but came back at the time he promised the next day to complete the works. Michael was very polite and courteous and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Mr Locks to other people.
