  Mr O helped with doing a thorough check on the old dishwasher and giving advice Then helped with obtaining new dishwasher, installing and recycling of the old dishwasher. He was quick to reply to messages and sourcing the dishwasher for me and answered any questions.

  Omid is very polite and experienced. On checking out malfunctioning dishwasher it was found the main control unit at the back of the machine had broken down. Omid advised the repair would be very expensive and not worth doing. Far better to buy a new machine. He gave us advice on best replacement. Much appreciate his honesty in not trying to make an expensive fix.

  When our oven broke down on Friday I called Omid. He came round the same day, immediately found the fault and ordered a new element. He returned on Monday morning with the part as promised, and fitted it - problem solved. And at a clear and fair price. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He does electrical work as well as repairs. We will certainly be calling Omid for any future work.
