    I needed a cooker hob repair, I searched checkatrade and looked up a few traders, I read the reviews. I called Mr O appliances. Mr Omid took some details and explained to me the cost of repair and replacement. I trusted his honesty and didn't feel the need to call and get any further quotes. Mr Omid forwarded me his recommended hob and was happy to collect and install it for me within a very short notice. I have saved Mr Omids number and I would use his services in the future.

    We were having problems with an existing Miele dishwasher. Mr O (Omid) came out promptly to repair it for minimal cost and got it working, but noted a number of issues. He was punctual and tidy in his work and tried to find the most cost effective solution, which ultimately required replacing the dishwasher. He found a suitable replacement quickly, took the old model away and installed the new one quickly. Omid is honest, trustworthy, conscientious and completely reliable. He is responsive and an excellent plumber with great knowledge of washing machines and dishwashers. Highly recommended.

    Be aware that they will give you price without the VAT included and make you think the price they tell you will be the price you will pay. They do not mention that VAT is not included which they should if that is the case. So you end up paying more than you were told.
