Replaced the boiler and hot water cylinder

    Posted 12 May 2021

An absolutely brilliant and professional service from start to finish. Luke is an excellent engineer and fast and efficient worker. He is so knowledgeable and a really nice bloke. The boiler, new cylinder and all associated parts were fitted within a day and a half, for a very competitive price. He left the house clean and tidy. It is a quality service and I definitely recommend Mr Radiator.

Extremely impressed with Luke. This is the first time I have used a plumber who turns up on on time. And carries the work out ay Quickly, no chasing him up like other workmen. He also Arranged all his appointments with my tenants for me. Extremely reasonable priced and invoiced me with all the correct certificates and paperwork required. As a private landlord in the past I have used a lot of different trades and this is the first tradesmen that has been efficient and reasonable. Will be using him for all further works in the future.

    Replaced seal on boiler

    Posted 27 March 2021

Avoid avoid avoid. Moved slats in the airing cupboard to get closer to the boiler, but didn’t bother to fix them back, he then leant on the water tank (again to get closer to boiler) this caused damage making water leak out of the tank which has only become apparent now. I noticed some water damage on my ceiling downstairs, on investigation it’s from the damaged tank (damage only caused by direct pressure, body weight) over £600 for new tank, a massive hole in my ceiling. Obviously he denies it, but all other circumstances, I have no doubt. I don’t have even room to give all other. Avoid
