  Excellent Rising Damp Attention

  Mick and his team were marvellous. Work completed as agreed and they were really flexible around when and how they worked. A really friendly, helpful and incredibly tidy team. I would recommend to anyone.

  Friendly and very professional

  Mick did a great job for us. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to properly assess everything and explain the best solution without any hard sell or unnecessary extras. His approach was practical, and focused on minimising disruption. He always turned up when he said he would, took real care to keep the house clean and minimise dust, and cleaned up properly afterwards. Costs were clear from the start and any additional costs were explained upfront and very reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and I’d definitely use him again.

  guttering replacement

  Mick replaced all of the old gutters on our victorian terrace (split into two flats), and also fixed a wall that was threatening to collapse. Mick and his team were professional, friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. They did a great job all in the time frame quoted and were communicative throughout the whole process, as well as offering an extremely reasonable price given everything that's going on in the world. Would highly recommend.

  No nonsense, high quality work.

  No nonsense approach. Felt that they really understood the issue and were up front and knowledgeable about how to fix it. Took the time to explain what was needed and how they would complete the work. Work carried out appears to a high standard, no complaints. Would recommend.

  Excellent family business, for roof/gutter work and general building, damp surveys

  Mick and his team did an excellent job. Arrived promptly, worked hard to clear/repair leaking gutters (front and back), secure some slipped slates, repair a flat zinc roof. Cain and Frances went above and beyond to ensure a decent job with good attention to detail. Cain is an experienced and skilled roofer. Mick did an expert job to repair some crumbling rendering. Most of these issues were identified in a damp survey carried out by Mick. Worked neatly, respected my property, and cleared up debris when job complete. Very polite and helpful. Pricing fair and reasonable. Recommended.

  Roof repair / chimney vented caps

  Mick was punctual and arrived the day after I reached out to come and look at the problem. Mick identified the problems and gave very helpful advice for other potential issues. Mick and team carried out the repairs efficiently and sent photos of the work which all looked great. Would highly recommend
