  Mick and his team were brilliant - they came to put in French gulleys to help with our damp issues and did a great job.   Mick and his team did a fantastic job for us. From the moment of coming to our property to view what work needed to do be done and explaining everything in detail and providing a quote. We needed damp proofing to the front and back of the property, new guttering, airflow bricks and installation of French gulleys. If any extra works were required the additional costs were explained upfront. The team took care to protect working areas and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each working day.   Expert advice, quality service

  Mick provided an outstanding service. Would highly recommend. I needed damp-proofing work on the walls of my flat. Air bricks, cutting back external render, removing a defective drain left by previous builders, installing a French gully, fixing leaky roof gutters. All work done to a high standard, on time with great care. Mick and co went the extra mile, paid attention to detail, didn’t push any unnecessary work and have given me real peace of mind.   High quality work from a knowledgable, professional and tidy builder.

  Mick quoted me for preventing damp & mould and spent extra time advising me about loads of info to help me as a landlord. He answered more questions I had quickly by text & email Mick was on time & did the work to a high standard, taking his time when coring through high-density brickwork that they came across His team had laid out carpet protection & set up bags sealed around the equipment to catch dust & cleaned up very well, you’d never know they were there. I’m really pleased with the vents that Mick & his team have installed, they’re honest grafters and I’ll use Mr R Construction again

Expert, honest advice throughout. Took the time to explain everything. Didn't push me into any particular work. The work itself was very thorough. Great attention to detail - went the extra mile with awkward jobs to make sure everything is functional. I was stressed about the damp, but no longer! Very happy.
