Great service, very thorough, open and honest.
Arranged boiler service. Some other issues were spotted and parts replaced. Very thorough and explained what needed doing, why, showed images etc, offered repair or replace prices where appropriate. Great experience
I had a HIVE heating control unit. Booking was really easy, they had good availability and were able to come in the afternoon as I asked. I also asked if the engineer could wear a mask as I'm immunocompromised which he was happy to do. It was all done quickly and easily.
