I can’t thank the team enough. We’d just moved in to the property and discovered a rat-infested garden structure, which was a huge shock. Simon was fantastic throughout – communication was first class, he kept us fully informed, and nothing was too much trouble. The team were punctual, friendly and incredibly hardworking, and they explained everything clearly throughout. They made what had become a very worrying situation feel completely manageable.
