Karl was excellent to deal with. The work was done speedily and with high quality. Options were clearly communicated. Prices were very competitive, and communication was prompt and very collaborative. Karl is the first plumber I've used after moving a few years ago and will absolutely be my first point of call in future. Lovely professional.

Karl responded to my call promptly, & attended the following day as requested, even though it was a Friday afternoon. He replaced my old leaking kitchen tap; he had a very reasonably priced and nice quality replacement in his van, so he could he complete the job immediately. In addition to carrying out a very effective job, he was positive, helpful & friendly; I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, & would definitely use him again.
