Carried out work efficiently

3 jobs in one. Fantastic work. Efficient and clean.

Mark was polite & courteous. He carefully checked ensuring everything was good & water tight. Mark took extra time & care so there was no damage to tilework saving me an expected tiling job. Certainly happy to use his services again & recommend.

In my experience with Mark he's always turned up never let me down. Easy to get hold off always phones back,very reasonable with is prices. Very helpful,on one occasion turned up last minute for me as if he had not done I would have not been able to have log burner,for that I'm so grateful I was soo stressed out,he came,did it,reasured me he would sort it,he did would definitely reckoned him

Started well. Boiler replaced with a couple of weeks, however there were a few issues with regard to condensation from the flu. I left the review for a while to give him a chance to go to the property to rectify but hasn’t I have chased and eventual after not hearing from him, had a third party go in to the property to deal with the matter. He also removed the boiler cupboard, which to my understanding, the new one would be a like for like replacement. Now I find myself looking for a carpenter. Price cheap,after sales appalling. I’d proposed he looked after my other properties but unreliable.
