My roof was repaired 7 years ago and looked wonderful. I have a twenty year guarantee. I now have what feels like rotten wood under the covering and brown stains running down my facia boards. is MSB Roofing still trading as they do not answer their phones ?

We had velux windows which had been fitted incorrectl and consequently the roof leaked and there was a fraught from the gaps. Mike and Chris identified the problem straight away and refitted the windows as well as sorting out some badly fitting tiles and worn flashing. Recent rain has proved the efficiency of their repairs and we highly recommend them.

We have used MSB on several occasions. Their service is brilliant .

Michael has been a pleasure to work with since our initial introduction, starting with a Saturday visit to evaluate the situation. Subsequent communications were prompt, informative and clear up to and including arrival to complete the works. Both Michael and Chris were a pleasure to deal with and kept me informed from start to finish. The completion of the job included a thorough explanation of the work carried out and I was left feeling very confident that the problem has been resolved. Highly recommended
