Flawless Tiling & Seamless Plumbing Integration

M&S Building Contractors team did an outstanding job with our tiling. They were punctual, hardworking, and left the place spotless every day. Reinstalling the plumbing went smoothly and fit perfectly with the new tiles. Fantastic service. I’d gladly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Access panel for bath & tiling work

Very pleased with the work from Eli and his team. They came out beforehand to assess the bathroom and talked me through the options for creating access to the plumbing behind a fully tiled bath panel. On the day, they were able to find a much less invasive solution than originally anticipated and created a neat removable access panel without having to replace the whole tiled bath side. They also re-siliconed around the bath, which was in need of attention, and left everything looking much better. Eli kept me informed throughout, explained what they were doing and updated the final cost to reflect the work that was actually required. Professional, helpful and conscientious, and I'm very pleased with the finished result. I would happily recommend Eli and his team.

Bathroom wall tiling around the bath.

Eli and his colleague did an outstanding job tiling my bathroom walls. The cuts are precise, the grout lines are perfectly even, and the area looks really good. Professional, tidy and reasonably priced.

HIGHLY recommend excellent workmanship and good communication.

M&S building team just completed three full gut and renovation projects which included two bathroom and one cloakroom. I was very impressed with. The communication before and during the project was precise and projects were completed in the specified timeframe. The team gave us GREAT advise, options and solutions to tricky problems encountered during the renovation. Their workmanship is to a VERY high standard and fitted all all the second fix items we got to the highest of standards. Overall I am very happy with all the works carried out and I can say they contributed to the ‘hotel upgrade
