Bathroom Floor Tiling and Ceiling
The job was meant to take three days but wasn't finished after eight. The ceiling is uneven, stains are still visible, and the bathroom floor tiling is a disaster. Mike used cardboard as a base instead of proper materials, causing tiles to move when stepped on. Grouting was shoddy, and one tile even shows the manufacturer’s text. He left grout and adhesive smeared on walls and refuses to return to fix the issues. Mike may be a painter, but he’s not qualified for tiling or other specialist work. He refuses to return to fix.

The ceiling is uneven due to a previous leak and she only wanted one but reboarded. I definitely did not use cardboard to lay tiled on either. She was walking on the floor after I just tiled and grouted it, the stains was due to moisture still in the wall

Painted newly rendered front and side walls and bitumen band around dpc level.
Reasonable price and happy with work that was carried out. Arrived on time and worked through until completed. Would definitely use again and recommend. My neighbour has already asked me for Mike's number.
