Sorry to hear you are not totally satisfied with the work carried out, however the cost quoted was the cost agreed beforehand, irrespective of days worked, although just to clarify we did have 2 men for the first day on site with 1 man the next day to finish off, hence the 3 days, we also spent 2 hours cleaning off paint from your new windows & doors that you pointed out your previous decorator had left behind at no extra cost, and to my knowledge the units/cupboards where spotless when we left. Apologies if this was not the case, if you'd have spoken to me at the time about your grievances they could have been rectified & came to a satisfactory conclusion. Also I would be quite happy to compensate you for the unused paint if that was my mistake but as this is the first I have heard of these issues I feel you haven't given me much chance. Again apologies if you are not completely satisfied & we will take your feedback on board & strive to do better next time.
