    New toilet fitted

    "I recently used MSJ Plumbing Ltd to replace a leaky toilet, and unblock a drain. I was incredibly impressed with their service. From start to finish, they were very efficient. They responded promptly, the plumber arrived on time, and the replacement was carried out quickly and effectively. The new toilet is working perfectly, and there's no sign of any leaks.     Emergency call out - toilet leak

    The emergency work undertaken was of a good standard. I didn't however appreciate the admin cost of 10% added to to the total cost which was already high, given that it was a bank holiday so the hourly rate was high and there was of course an additional call out fee. The mark up on the required part was also significant. They were transparent in terms of the what the hourly rate and admin/call out charge would be, however when it is late afternoon on a bank holiday monday, your options are limited in terms of availability.

    Short notice radiator install

    I needed a very last minute pair or radiators installing as were having carpets fitted within a week and wanted them done before that. The guys from swift came out to take a look the next day and completed the job the day after. I cant say enough how pleased I have been with them and am very grateful to have found a plumber I can depend on

    Quick response to the initial enquiry, came around to quote promptly and arrived on time. Discussed options, gave a price. Agreed a date for the job, then able to bring it forward 3 days which was a godsend, arrived on time, job carried out with no fuss, clean and tidy. Superb service, highly recommend
