Absolutely disgraceful. Terrible quality, unprofessional and waste of time.

Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite a prior visit to the house to take measurements and discuss the job, multiple calls, texts and photos throughout the week, they arrived without the correct materials, 8 hours later than agreed, and left after 8pm with a messy, unfinished and very poor-quality job. The task was simply to put up 2 shelves and a rail into a wardrobe and it was made to seem impossible. A complete waste of my time. An absolute disgrace.

  Excellent

Great communication. Arrived on time. Sorted out tricky plumbing job, as well as impromptu rehanging of kitchen wall cupboard. Charming and helpful.

  Great service and communication

Were able to offer an earlier appointment to fit my new tap. Great communication and did a brilliant job. Highly recommend, very pleased with the work.

  Door frame and door fixed

Really pleased with the work M S Property Maintenance carried out for me. Communication was excellent and polite, and they were flexible to work around my availability. They fixed a door frame that was coming away from the wall, and now I can open and shut my door with great ease. Would definitely use them again.

Came to trim and rehang fire door. Arrived when they said, very polite. Did a good job and cleaned up afterwards. Would recommend.
