Job location: RH9Wow it was 2C with a cold wind. There was Mick, up on my roof, fixing my leaking gutter. He found the problem and explained the solution. They were very professional and competent in their work, paying meticulous attention to details. They were very approachable and would answer any questions about the job fully. I have used Mick before and totally trust him. I had a problematic leak, looked at other builders who couldn’t fix it. Mick immediately identified the issue. Very good customer service skills. Polite, understanding and friendly. Turned up on the date and time agreed. Phoned ahead to check on the day. Recommended by my neighbour who previously had work done by Michael. Easy to deal with with reasonable charge for job. Was asked to quickly assess neighbour's gutter while on the roof and he gave a quick verbal estimate for that too.
