Polite, timely and professional
10We lost all power in our downstairs sockets. On recommendation we got hold of MSW late one afternoon. 2 hours trying to sort the problem that evening, then another 4 hours the next day tracing the fault. Throughout they were polite and thorough, always willing to answer questions and the procedures undertaken were fully explained. Very highly recommended.
