    Cleaning gutters in Southend area

I am pleased the guy Max communicated well with me to arrange a suitable date to come to clear my gutter. He turned up despite long distance and heavy traffice. He has very long extension pipe and a very powerful suction machine to suck out all the moss, leaves and little stones found in the gutter. He even checked from the down pipe to ensure there is no more blockage. The job carried out speedily. The cost is very reasonable at £70. I am very satisfied with the job. I tried to recommend him to my neighbours in the future.

Great service, collected the keys from my work and then dropped it off when finished. Sent me over photos when finished and then called to ask if everything was good! Very please and easy to work with.

Hello, I’m Max from MTech Roofing and patio cleaning.

Here at MTech I pride myself in being professional, reliable, honest, friendly and obviously very competitive with price.

No job is too small and every job that I do is done to the highest standard.

I work for myself and have done for several years, this sets me apart from other larger companies that charge more to pressure wash your property and any other exterior cleaning job.

Most of my work over the years has come from friends and family and others to which I have gained extra work and more clientele.

My services include-

  • Pressure wash, clean, sand and resin patios.
  • Pressure wash, clean, sand and resin driveways.
  • Clean Roof cladding, facias and soffits.
  • Conservatory cleaning.
  • Window cleaning.
  • Clean and repair gutters.
  • Fix bird spikes to prevent nuisance birds from nesting on and around your roof.
  • Roof cleaning and moss prevention.
  • Facia and soffit installation.
  • Gutter vacuuming.
  • Flat roof cleaning.
