Quick and efficient attendance by the MTM Team to diagnose the cause of our leaking roof, quote for repairs and undertake the work. Communications throughout the project were excellent on why the work was needed, expected sequence / schedule of works, repair options and costs. The quality of the finished work (including a couple of hundred replacement slate tiles, plus ridge tile re-setting) was also excellent. Costs were proportionate to the scale and quality of the work performed, and there were no "hidden extras" once a price had been agreed. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The team arrived on the day they said they would and there was daily consultation and reports on what was happening as discussions on problems that arose during the work and solving those problems efficiently with excellent workmanship. Each day the garage floor and drive were washed down and swept up for a week. At the end of the job the site was left in a pristine condition. I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone

MTM Contractors Ltd.removed the old ridge tiles from my house roof and installed a Dry Ridge System. They were skilled and hard-working - and also very polite and friendly. The job was explained to me and any questions I asked were answered clearly and in detail. The work was completed in good time and all debris cleared away. They also made a new roof for my conservatory/porch and, again, their work was meticulous. It looks great inside and out. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend MTM Contractors Ltd. to anyone who needs to have outside work done on their property.

So tidy, swept daily and washed the drive down on four occasions. Materials provided to my specification, including the suppliers. Awkward roof and access problems solved with ease. Couldn't praise enough, manner was excellent, so pleased, best workers I've ever had. Will use again for garage roof.
