    Avoid This Company – Financial Irregularities and Property Damage

    I had an incredibly poor experience with this builder and cannot recommend them. I provided over £3,500 upfront for materials and an initial £1,000 for labor. When plans changed and I requested a refund for the materials before they were used, the builder refused to return the full amount, offering back less than £1,500 with no proper justification or receipts—despite claiming a single item (flooring) cost over £2,000. To make matters worse, the standard of work was unacceptable. They used incorrect machinery on my walls, causin

    The work was carried out in accordance with the agreed scope, and the project was progressing until the customer decided to terminate the works and continue the project using other contractors. As a result, I was not given the opportunity to complete the job or address any concerns that may have arisen. I always strive to carry out my work professionally and maintain open communication with my customers. As this matter remains disputed, I do not feel it is appropriate to discuss further publicly, but I have retained all relevant correspondence and documentation relating to the project.
