Disgraceful. They took an age to provide samples and a quote and then fitted it so badly that they ripped the carpet (and tried to hide it), broke a radiator valve, broke the door handle and knocked chunks out of the skirting. They then took 3 months to replace the carpet using every excuse imaginable not to do the work. They then have the gall to chase for payment the day after the invoice was received. I advise you not to deal with this company

This is a gross misrepresentation of these events. Our service was as best as it could be in and during very difficult Covid -19 pandemic and the issues that arose from it. He chose the supplier to use for his carpets. Samples took much longer than we would expect due to staff off on furlough and supply issues and was out of our control but we got them to him at our earliest convenience. Yes, our fitter unfortunately accidentally knocked a door handle and radiator valve when moving into place the heavy & long carpet and he has been reimbursed by us for these replacements. Also, yes we did identify a rip and we tried to temporarily repair the rip but at no time did we try and hide it! As professionals we had to contact the manufacturers to assess if this was a fault in the product or a fitters error. This assessment took way longer than it should but not due of lack of trying & chasing on our part but again, due to Covid - 19 issues and staffing issues at the suppliers. We replaced the carpet at our expense and removed and reinstated all furniture.
