9.75Not a straight forward job in an old house. Any issues were explained before thr start and a price agreed. Once booked and a date set Neil turned up on time and made a start. He was clean and tidy taking good care and happy ti talk through reasons for any changes. As we were not in one day I gave him a key and he let himself in and worked on his own. Very pleasent and trustworthy plumber, I would recommend

Recently we have suffered a multifaceted CH and Hot Water failures which Neil attended to promptly. Diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and carried out a very effective and timely repair. I have every trust and confidence in Neil and in every respect, including value for money, would not hesitate in recommending his services. Oil fired Mistral Boiler connected to Weiser control system driving 11 radiators and hot water.

With many happy and returning customers over the last 30+ years, you can be sure of being well looked after. My aim is to provide a stress free project, delivered in a manner that I am confident will exceed your expectations. I carry out all work myself and will be your single point of contact. My customers often comment that I am approachable and cheerful; I find that a positive attitude always helps projects run smoothly with good communication throughout. 1 year guarantees are included as standard on all completed work and with certain manufacturers I can extend the warranty.
