Good workmanship, all explained well and would not complete the job on the day because of other workers in the vicinity creating dust. Which was a plus point. Came back 3 days later to complete the sealing at no extra charge - excellent service.

Simon was very friendly and courteous. All work was carried out quickly, with no hassle. Replacement Rosewood finish matched the rest of the house as requested. Found a quite a bit of debris/glass in the garden and on path which dog could have stood on hence 9 for tidiness. Also had to provide own cement to seal brickwork at the bottom of door hence 9 for Quality Only suggestion would be that if unable to match existing patterned glass that sample of proposed replacement be shown prior to getting Sealed Unit made. I should have insisted on seeing it, I didn't, fortunately replacement was ok.
