  Trustworthy, reliable and professional person.

  I contacted Multi Point Erith on the 13th April 2026 regarding my UPVC door. I spoke to Jas who he came the next day to examine the door. After the examination, he told me that the locking system of the door has broken down and it just needs to replace it. Since he did not have the same type of the lock in stock, he had to order it. Four days later, he came to fix the new lock. The whole process from start to finish was transparent and clear. I found Jas to be honest, reliable and knowledgeable. His fee is reasonable.

  Lock changes, new door knocker, spy hole and letterbox

  Jas did a great job with our door, he changed both locks, and fitted a new knocker, spy hole and letter box. He was on time, cleaned up after himself and took his time to ensure everything worked as it should, also a lovely guy! Thanks so much!

  Excellent work , reliable speedy service at excellent rates

  We needed some locks changed on short notice , Jas was fantastic . He came to us straight away , got the job done with no fuss and the at an excellent price ( we compared it to a number of quotes we got ) he was also knowledgeable about the work, answering any questions I had .
