Friendly and professional service from booking the appointment to the chap arriving promptly to survey the house. He gave me a range of options including his recommendation of not completing any work right now. Very honest and will definitely use again when time to do the work is right.

A warning about the guarantee that multiskill offer. They gave a 30 year guarantee on a property I bought last year that they partially damp proofed. It was neglected and had damp on 3 walls, I was aware of this. They offer a current survey on a property, cost of £90, and will repair free of charge if the damp proof is deemed to be as a result of their failure. On inspection they accepted that along with other factors the damp proof had failed on the 3 walls. The 4th wall that they did not work on is fine. I was only aware of the work that they originally did when their surveyor arrived.
