This was a tricky job, which several other tradesmen had refused to even look at. Access to a leaking pipe was very limited and involved working with the neighbouring property. Tamer was professional and reliable. He fit us in quickly, communicated well, explaining what needed to be done and how much it would cost, then promised to stay until it was complete, which took up a whole Saturday. Gaining access to the neighbouring flat was difficult but Tamer waited around to make sure the job could be done.
