  Related taps on bath. Re siloconed bath. Clear communication and explanation of fault and quote to replace. Completed quicklly, courteous and cleaned up after the job.

  Blocked drain

  All fine. Hired as cheaper than others,but would not re hire, as was on an hourly rate, and others were fixed rate. Ended up at same price as other's. I felt the trader did not have powerful enough equipment which could have done the clearance much quicker. Pleasant operative.

  Bathroom toilet leak to be fixed

  Replaced seals on toilet for my elderly mother. Ross arrived at the agreed time, was clear on costs, replaced quickly, and clean and tidy on completion. A very friendly young man, that was great with my elderly mum, putting her at her ease.

  Removed old tap, fitted new kitchen tap

  Arrived on time. Courteous, friendly guy. He quickly identified that it was going to be a tricky job as the piecework was a mosh mash of copper and plastic, and the wrong connectors had been used previously. I think he did really well to figure out how to solve the problem, he did it and the tap works beautifully. I’d highly recommend Ross, and will be using him again for further plumbing work in my house.
