Leak from the boiler
Junior was excellent from start to finish. When we discovered a leak coming through the ceiling related to our boiler, he responded quickly and calmly, guiding us over the phone on how to shut off the water. He went above and beyond by coming out to us late in the evening. He quickly identified that the issue was caused by a faulty part installed by our boiler fitter only a year ago, replaced it efficiently, and gave helpful advice on drying out the affected walls and electricals. Very efficient, skilful, friendly and professional…was very kind to get our shower done in their busy schedule. Bathroom emergency leaking fixed
Came out within 30 minutes on a bank holiday as my bathtub started leaking. Identified the issue, but couldn't fix it on the same day due to the unavailability of parts, as all the warehouses were closed. Came back with parts on the very next morning and fixed the issue.
