  I needed all my rusty old radiators, upgraded.

  I have used Murdock plumbing 4 times in the past. John and Junior are the best, they listen to my exact specifications are tidy and have always done quality work in my home. They very quickly got back to me with a qoute that was frankly unbelievable considering, I needed all my radiators upgraded and the work had to be completed before my holiday. They squeezed me in between the other work they had on and did an amazing job. It has made such a massive difference. They gave me brilliant advice on the new radiators I should get as well. I would definitely use them again.

  Emergency burst pipe repair

  They were able to come over quickly to fix an active leak, the price was reasonable, and they fixed it fast with no issues. Very happy with the service, would definitely recommend them.

  I had a bathroom with PVC tiling, poorly fitted flooring and no shower, extractor fan or heating

  Murdock team gave us a quote with clear and precise detail of what needs to be done, how they could do it and how long it will take to get the job done. The job turned out to be a bit more complex as the PVC in the bathroom had no cladding behind it. Murdock team handled this with professionalism and care by not changing the quote and instead told us they’d honour the quotes given, even though the lack of cladding issue would mean extra days on the job and plasterer being called in. The job was done in good time and completed with high spec which we were delighted about. Would recommend highly

  Bath mixer tap leak

  My old bath tap was corroded and leaking and it caused all sorts of issues. Mark and Junior came to me at short notice, fitted my new bathroom tap and noticed my bath had dropped as well and remedied that issue also. However the washers provided with the tap were faultly (you can’t make these things up, honestly) and Mark sorted this for me also and thankfully the tap is no longer leaking and I finally put my bath cover back on! Nothing is too much for these guys, would not hesitate to recommend.

  Quote provided as well as some very good advice

  He came to our property to provide a quote to fit a new & suitable water pressure pump from our mains, but it’s a bit more complicated with a combi boiler and the fact our valve is also boxed away in a corner of a kitchen cupboard. I’d received another quote and outline of the work, He thought the quote was a good price, but was honest with me and said the pump would only improve the pressure marginally because of the pressure limitations of a combi boiler and that we should treat ourselves to a new good quality shower head where we can change the flow. We need more he in the trade!
