Replacement of a Flush Connecting Pipe
Excellent communication throughout with an estimate visit four hours later and a confirmed price just 2 hours after that. Work speedily completed on the following day by Junior and John; punctual, very customer-oriented, respectful of my property. Excellent service
We had a leaking tap in the bathroom & I contacted Murdock plumbing & maintenance. They came out the same day to have a look. They turned up the next day to fit the new tap. Leak from the boiler
Junior was excellent from start to finish. When we discovered a leak coming through the ceiling related to our boiler, he responded quickly and calmly, guiding us over the phone on how to shut off the water. He went above and beyond by coming out to us late in the evening. He quickly identified that the issue was caused by a faulty part installed by our boiler fitter only a year ago, replaced it efficiently, and gave helpful advice on drying out the affected walls and electricals.
