Full house remodel, additional floor and wrap around extension
MPD first built an extension on my home, then did a full refurbishment of my business premises. So when we decided to turn a two bedroom bungalow into a five bedroom family home, there was only one team we would trust. They worked with our architect and structural engineer from the start and delivered the whole project: a full new upper floor, a wraparound extension and a complete remodel throughout. Three projects in, and they’ve been the same every time. They’re honest, reliable and finish everything to a standard we’re proud of.Verified reviewerJob location: CV310 Garage Conversions

A very satisfied customer
From start to finish communication with Paul and the team was excellent. They were upfront about the costs, including the optional extras we asked for during the project. The work performed was high quality and completed ahead of time. The team were thorough and tidy and we have been very pleased with the results. Would definitely use again.Verified reviewerJob location: CV3110 Builder

Extension
MPD carried out a large renovation on my property which included significant structural changes for open plan living and large bifold doors. There wasn't a room in the property that wasn't touched. Through the quote process a complete breakdown of the work was supplied which made it easy for price comparisons. The work was carried out to a high standard and completed in a timely manner. Communication throughout with Paul was very good. The site team were always friendly and tidy during their work. Would recommend MPD and will use them again.Job location: CV810 Builder
