Mustrade quoted on replacing a vertical blind. From start to finish I was very impressed with their communication and their attention to detail. They are a very friendly local company who take pride in their work.

Ross was very helpful and efficient both when I chose my blinds and during te fitting. Everything was left very clean and tidy and he was very prompt. The prices were very competitive too

We contacted Ross initially to check our sunlounge roof blinds as the guide lines were starting to perish. He came over and had a look and advised us of possible resolutions to the problem. We did not want to go into the huge expense of replacing the blinds totally but Ross came up with the suggestion of re-stringing the blinds as there was nothing wrong with the fabric or frames themselves. Once we accepted the quote he came of in a timely manner and completed all the work necessary and we were very pleased with the end result and the blinds can be used once again.

Really happy with all aspects of this company. Quick to respond and come and measure and only a matter of 3 weeks and my new shutters were fitted. Ross and Kim both very polite and supportive on all matters. Absolutely love my new shutters and would definitely recommend.
