I can't recommend this company enough. I put an inquiry on Checkatrade at about 4 pm and within 15 minutes had a call back. I explained my job requirement - sent them a short video. Received a quote and the work was done within 24 hours. The man who came was tidy, cleared up after himself and swept the floor. He was very polite, even removed his shoes before stepping into my house, he was very professional and carried out the work affectively, I am more than happy with the result. It would be nice to find someone who could do these things for you for under £100 for those people who are financially struggling and or have kids.
