Renovation and restoration
The team from Watkins did an outstanding job rebuilding and renovating the bathrooms and kitchen of our late Georgian early Victorian Grade 2 listed home. New bathroom fitted
I had a really good experience with this company. They were helpful, consulted and double checked what I want all the way through the job. They kept the place as tidy as you could given the work they were doing. All the workmen were polite, friendly and considerate. They were working in a tight space, in a communal building and were considerate to my neighbours too. They cleaned up along the way and rubbish was taken away. I would definitely recommend this firm. 1.Supply posts and hang a decorative gate; 2. Re-decorate utility room completely
1. The posts are wobbly and the gate is not fitted properly. This is causing damage to the gate and posts. The lock and handle have not been fitted at all. The gate is unusable 2. Mark quoted £600 for the utility room having inspected it. Ceiling and wall cracks were not filled properly, just painted over. When I asked Mark to fix this, he requested an additional payment of £350. I felt forced to pay to get the job done, which I did. Charlie and his team have done an amazing job on our property. They kept us well informed at every step and overcame the tricky quirks of our property with great solutions that have left us with a better finish than we could of imagined.
