From the first visit, Mohammed quickly understood the work required and provided a clear explanation without unnecessary waffle. Measurements and photos were taken, and a competitive quote was sent the same day. His calm manner, attention to detail, and genuine listening set him apart, with helpful extras suggested at no extra cost. The quality and professionalism throughout the job were excellent, and all documentation, including the 10‑year guarantee and Gas Safe certificates, was provided on completion. A reliable and professional engineer who would be used again without hesitation.

My name is Mohammed Hussain, and I am the owner of M W H (London) Ltd.
