Mark completed the work in the summer, we had no problem. However once autumn arrived we had numerous leaks. After 3 visits Mark said he was unable to carry out further repairs and promised a return of my money within 3 months. This has not happened and he has since Ghosted me and blocked my number.

Excellent service provided. Came the next day and even arrived early. Courtesy and professional and did a great job!
