I contacted Martin at approx 2pm and explained the problem. He arranged with the tenant to visit the property that evening, diagnosed the problem and called me to explain. By 9am the next day he called me again to say that he had sourced the part he needed, confirmed the cost of repair and we agreed he could go ahead. The repair was completed later that morning. Both my tenant and I were very pleased with such a quick response and solution
