  Kitchen extension

  We had a kitchen extension approved by Leeds City Council. Our Architect recommended visiting Checkatrade to find a builder for the Job; we have 3 companies come and visit and Myland Brothers were the one that stood out the most. We contracted Myland Brothers to complete the works and work along side out Architects drawings. Effort and timing was fantastic as they finished ahead of time and also complete extra works we were wanting (Open plan). Would highly recommend. Dave B

  A good builder

  Work done: ground floor extension including a shower room. I am very pleased with the result. Nicky was approachable and kept us up to date with progress. The brothers turned up when they said they would and worked hard. They complied with regulations and accommodated changes in plans. If something was not quite right they would change it. I found that I trusted what he said. I have no hesitation in recommending Myland Brothers

  Side extensions for my disabled shower

  What an absolutely amazing set of brothers. Start to finish polite and professional with a hint of cheekiness. In Nicks word ‘this is a small job’. In and out within 13 weeks, could not actually believe it. We have already passed their number onto a friend. Best of luck Nick and Jack

  Structure wall remove with steel RSJ

  2 men did great work in such short amount of time. We was told by other builders from this site it would be 3 weeks of disturbance, Nick and team started on the monday, and were finished by the friday, just 1 week! Minus the painting which we offered to do ourselves. Highly recommend, trustworthy and reliable! Paul

  Single storey extension with internal modifications to existing house

  Single storey extension, modifications to ground floor of existing house, including new walls, doorways, a shower room and removal of chimney breast. From start to finish, Nicky and his team were seamless. Reliable, quick, friendly, tidy and reasonably priced. Nothing was too much of a task and they clearly take pride in their work. Absolutely, 100% highly recommended. I have nothing negative to add, and no - I'm not being paid to write this review! Just supply coffee, milk and sugar and you will not be disappointed! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere 😁
