Mark has helped us greatly with his attention to detail and professional manner. We urgently needed our French doors to have a replacement unit. He very promptly arranged for a replacement double glazed unit and fitted within a week along with an additional unit for our misted kitchen window.

Mark was very prompt in responding to my email enquiry and came round to quote for changing some window handles and checking the locks on 2 x patio doors. He checked every thing I wanted done and explained what was required and quoted accordingly which was reasonably priced. He was prompt, covered every thing with dust sheets and left the work areas clean and tidy. Mark is very polite and explained exactly what he was doing. He found an issue with the lock which involved a new part which he quoted before ordering so we had the option to say no. Would definitely recommend. Great Job.
