Robin was punctual, polite and professional as always. He fit us in on a Saturday morning and did a great job despite the chaos of kids and pets around him.

Rob was great, it was more complicated for me than a usual connecting a washine machine but he knew exactly what to do and had the parts necessary plus bringing a new connecting hose as my one was leaking, really pleased, nice guy, friendly and on time, good job, thank you.

This difficult work was assessed and costed accurately by Robin head of MYSA then a week later was started and finished by an engineer/plumber Rob. This company was highly recommended five years ago by my friend. In turn I highly recommend MYSA for any plumbing which needs a quiet, professional and high quality person or team. They also clear and clean the site afterwards. JOB VERY WELL DONE THANK YOU!!!
