This was my first independent building project and I am so glad I went with Nicolas. He came several times before the job to ensure everything could start smoothly and according to plan. There were a few hiccups along the way, but that is expected in building work, yet Nicolas managed to keep me informed and have solutions for every problem along the way. Nicolas said 6-8 weeks, work was finished in week 7, just the painting and bathroom silicone took us to 8 weeks. I had peace of mind and clear communication throughout the project. I would definitely use him again.

Nico and the team renovated my flat in Tooting. They retiled the bathroom, replaced the kitchen, installed new windows and repainted the property. They also fixed a leaking roof and installed new bins. The team were excellent. Nico always kept me updated and provided advice on design too. The team were courteous and respectful. They clearly have a a passion to do an high quality job and give an wonderful client experience. This is the second time I have engaged with Nico and Nailed It Building and Refurbishment. I have said to Nico I am very happy to speak to prospective clients.

In short, they are superb! I used Nailed It Building and Refurbishment Ltd for two jobs at two different properties. One was an internal refurbishment and the other was replacing a garden room. In both cases the work was completed on time and within the agreed budget. Nico was always available and went above and beyond to ensure I was updated on progress. Great communication. Very happy to speak to prospective clients about my experience.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We have put laminate throughout our property with electric underfloor heating. The advice from Nico and the team was really good, honest and straightforward, I can't fault them. The price of the flooring that Nico sourced was better than I could find on the internet. Nico and Leo worked extremely hard removing our chimney breast which is back breaking work. They completed within a reasonable timeline and the plasterer they brought in, Don, has done a great job too.

Nico was fantastic from start to finish - the work was done to a high standard and at a very good price. He even helped out with a few miscellaneous task, which I appreciated. I’d highly recommend him as a reliable and talented trader.
