Nathan requested money up front for materials which we duly complied with. The work was 3 days late starting due to endless excuses over picking up materials, staff going to other jobs. When Nathan and his team eventually turned up to complete the work they worked 1.5 days in total smoking continuously and he then requested more money for staff wages advising he would be back on the Saturday morning to 'get the job done' and we have never seen him at our property again. He has taken £700 of our money and left our house insecure, a total mess and not even a quarter of the job is complete.

He did job very well, very meticulous and did a good job. Very friendly, kept me Informed all the way through and I would highly recommend them.
