Leaks into lounge through vaulted ceiling beams
7/12:Roof leaking into lounge through vaulted ceiling beams. Attended, plausible, quote accepted for repair plus extra fascia work, £2.3K deposit taken, provided tarpaulins. On and off job next 13 days, various excuses. Further monies of £2.4K and £1K taken to pay men and materials. Further problems on and off. Leaks and tiles lifting. 20/12:Took final £1.3K, left site said small amount to do, returning 10/1. That night further new rain pouring though chimney. Experienced builder viewed work advised shoddy workmanship, incorrect materials used and elements missing. Requested return, not seen.Verified reviewerJob location: PR610 Roofer
