Booked a request with Tom to come do an inspection after recent storms. Turns out damage to my roof was more extensive than I first thought, Tom was very upfront and honest about what needed doing, showed pictures and videos highlighting what was wrong, explained everything that needed doing and was very thorough and professional.

This company recently carried out a roof refurbishment of my property. The advice given at all times was honest and professional. The team arrived over 3 days to complete the work and were polite, friendly and were always busy. They tidied up and left no mess whilst the work was ongoing and on completion. They answered any concerns I had over the work. I could see that only the finest materials were used for the refurbishment. After the work was completed, due to concerns from a neighbour, we had the work inspected by the local council surveyor and he was fully satisfied with the work

We recently had some soffit repairs done because of rotting wood. While carrying out the work, the roofer spotted a couple of additional issues we hadn’t noticed. They took the time to show us videos and explain everything clearly, which made it much easier to understand what needed doing and why. The work was completed quickly and to a very high standard. A large team arrived and worked efficiently, getting everything finished without any problems. The price was very fair for the amount of work carried out. Tom and his team were able to get on with job straight, scaffolding and a review of what was required in less than 24hrs. I was kept informed throughout the work by telephone videos and photos. The job was completed as scheduled on price and all the rubbish and mess removed. The work is guaranteed for 20yrs
